Flaxseeds almonds pancakes



Who doesn't love pancakes?? We all do. So instead of binging on the regular all purpose flour, I have made this a healthy and tasty one. I have used wheat flour with almond powder and flax seeds powder. They taste more yummier and nutritious too.

Let's start.

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Baking soda: a pinch
Oil: 2 tbsp
Milk: 1 cup
Almond powder: 1 tbsp
Flaxseeds powder: 2tbsp

Method:

  1. Dry roast flaxseeds and almonds. Make a fine powder and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. Add sugar, wheat flour, baking soda, salt, milk, almond powder and flaxseeds powder. Mix well.
  4. Heat a pan. Spread the batter on the pan. When it starts bubbling and edges leave the pan, flip it over.
  5. Make few more pancakes in the same way.
  6. Top the pancakes with vanilla icecream and drizzle it with honey. 
  7. Serve.
