Mangalorean White snapper fish curry
It's no surprise that I love fish, but when I was in Hyderabad, we hardly got fresh good fish. But from when we shifted to Bangalore last year, it's a fish festival here😛. Brought White snapper fish yesterday and I made this yummy tangy spicy fish curry, added some coconut milk Mangalore style. You have to try this.
Ingredients:

Onions- 3, small
Green chilies- 4
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp

Salt accordingly
Red chili powder- 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Tamarind juice- 100 ml
Water accordingly
Curry leaves- 8 to 10
Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Oil- 5 tbsp
Method:
- In a wide -mouthed vessel, add onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
- Now add green chilies, curry leaves, tamarind juice, oil.
- Cook on high flame first till it comes to a boil.
- Lower the flame and cook till the oil leaves the pan.
- Add coconut milk and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with hot rice or neer dosa.
- Do not add too much water, it'll break the fish pieces.
