Veg grilled sandwich


I am a very big fan of sandwiches. In this particular recipe I have used onions, tomatoes and potatoes. You can use your choice of stuffing like green peas, cabbage, paneer etc. These are very easy to make and delicious too. You can serve them with tomato sauce or mint chutney. These sandwiches can be served for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:

Bread: 4 slices
Onions: 1 tbsp, chopped
Tomatoes: 1 tbsp, chopped
Potaoes: 1 tbsp, boiled and mashed
Cheese: 1 tbsp, grated
Salt according to taste
Green chili sauce: 1 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp, chopped
Butter: 20 gms

Method:


  1. Mix onions, tomatoes, potatoes, cheese, salt, coriander leaves and green chili sauce in a bowl.
      
     
  2. Apply butter to bread and spread the mix on the bread. 
  3. Grill the stuffed bread on a grill pan or toast. 
  4. Serve with tomato sauce.
