How to make HASSELBACK CHICKEN and HASSELBACK POTATOES with cheese and pizza sauce
Whenever I make this at home, it sells like hot potatoes. Ofcourse, it's hasselback potatoes😜. And hasselback chicken is out of the world. Spices that go in the recipe are the regular ones, but the way you cut the chicken or potato is called hasselback. Do try it, it tastes very good.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast pieces- 400 gms, 200 each
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Chicken masala powder- 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Salt accordingly
Oil to deep fry
All purpose flour, bread crumbs accordingly
Eggs- 1
Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
Method:
- Take 2 chicken breasts and make slits.
- In a bowl mix together, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chicken masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt.
- Apply this paste to the chicken pieces.
- Beat an egg, mix pepper powder and keep aside.
- Take bread crumbs in one plate.
- Take all purpose flour in another plate.
- Now coat the chicken pieces with all purpose flour.
- Then dip in beaten egg.
- Again coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry the chicken till golden brown.
- Garnish with onions and serve with mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
Aaj ka gyan: Deep fry the chicken so that the masala is not undercooked.
